rogue security issues/search engie redirections

i am having problems with rogue security antivirus loading onto my pc. also when i go to pretty much any search engine i type in what i am looking for and it will pull it up, but when i click on it i hear what sounds like two mosue clicks and i am sent somewhere totally different then where i want to go. i also have a version of windows media center for watching tv on the pc or movies etc and it will not function anymore either. i have webbroot antispyware and antivirus. i also have norton av. they are up to date. please help. ozzman1975
