Can't update windows

I can't update Windows, and in the page of microsoft i canīt download anything.
Net too slow and my wallpapers is gone.
My anti virus don't detecte no virus.
What i can do!

Also, try disabling your anti-virus, before you go to the 'Windows Updates' website.

You can always try to download Autopatcher and then create a DVD for it and update manually if you would like. That might fix the problem, but I don't know!!
