Have you removed Paretologic from your system? If not, go ahead and uninstall it.
If you have already uninstalled it and get the following message

Error loading C:/ Program File/ Common Files/ Paretologic/UUS2/UUS.dll

here is the solution: (this will also apply if you haven't uninstalled and get the error message after you do get rid of the program)

ParetoLogic is a data recovery program.
They also provide utility software, driver updates,
and an anti-virus program.

The program was likely installed on your system at some
point, then uninstalled. This isn't
malware, a virus, or any other bad thing.
It's probably trying
to run a scheduled update. To get rid of it, go to Control Panel.

Open up Scheduled Tasks.

Find the entry for ParetoLogic Registration and
delete it. The scheduled task entry is not deleted when the program in uninstalled.
To delete, right click on the entry, then choose Delete.
