win7 lockups

ok so i have had windows 7 for about 2 months now, any the only issue ive ever had is that if im away from my pc for a day or so and come back to it its all froze like none of the icons work on the bar or desctop. i can click start but i can clcik anything in there like shut down....just loods then nothing happens. this happens once about every week. any ideas?

This may happen when your Windows 7 computer sleeps.
You can remove Sleep option by running powercfg.cpl.
