missing folder

im using a seagate freeagent desk external hard drive..
it seems that somehow.. one of my folder is missing.. its not showing in window explorer..
so i used a china product.. icesword a program that let u see hidden files.. i can see my folder in icesword but not window explorer.. so im wondering.. is it possible to make my folder visible again..

thanks for ppl who are going to help me..

Did you enable Explorer options to show hidden files and folders?

yea.. the hidden files in my external is the grey colored folders..
