Heys guys I have been infected with w32.sdbot.worm and it doesn't seem to go away. On top of that, I downloaded sdfix and ran it

starting services
Checking Running Processes and Services

When I run this, I get 16 bit MSDOS Subsystem message saying:

C:/program/Symantec/s32evnt1.dll. An installable Virtual Device Driver failed Dll initialization.
Choose Close to terminate the application.

what does this message mean? and the computer freezes after this!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
