Hey everyone!

Im glad i found this forum. So my deal is that I followed the advice in "Remove Antivirus Live (Uninstall Guide)". Only having one web browser, internet explorer I was able to deactivate the proxy's like the guide said, but was unsuccessful with activating the downloads. The rkill when clicked would show the black screen for a second and then disappear, while at the bottom the antivirus would say that "file rkill.exe is infected". The same thing happened with the malware. So I tried to use a different web browser and was able to download firefox, which has no issues. so I download all the programs again and the antivirus would say the same thing when i clicked on them. The malware didnt even open up to any menu. All the items are on my desktop. The third way I tried was transferring the programs from a thumb drive into this computer. I opened up the thumb drive and clicked on programs but the same thing happened. Then I tried the hijacking post to get the log from the computer, I download the dds to the desktop and tried with both explorers to open file. The black log screen came up and then dissappeared, even though I would disable the proxy. So pretty much im stuck, if anyone has an answer.
