IGuardPC Virus

IGuardPc is blocking anything I try to download so I cant update my spyware or download anything to get it off. Tried to do it manually but for one I don't want to mess anything up and for two I can find none of files names given to me to delete. PLEASE HELP!

Has a naughty boy been watching those naked women. They tend to give out many viruses. If it blocks everything you download, then reformat pc.

I don't have the restoring disc is there any other option?
