I have been attempting to remove a Trojan on a computer and have used Malwarebytes Anti-malware, but Combofix is unavailable. According to hijack this, I have the following issue:
O18 - Filter hijack: text/html - {63ef4283-cf7f-4e45-8f6b-35e3b2b473eb} - C:\WINDOWS\default32.dll

The default32.dll file was found and quarantined in a previous scan and then deleted, but the value still exists in the registry and is therefore appearing on hijack this.

I've followed other posts and found that this was eventually fixed by Combofix. But I'm trying to get this computer back to someone soon.

Is there another way to fix this issue?

As no logs have been posted, I am shifting this topic from the specialized HiJack This forum to the Am I Infected forum.
