Ctrl + Enter in Internet Explorer

After typing Google in the address bar of IE, when i press Ctrl + Enter, Instead of opening www.google.com, a random page (example hxxp://find.seekbasic.com/addrSearch.do?v=...o=sb&8FA33) is opened.

I scanned my PC with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and Avira Antivirus, still the same problem...

Please assist.
