key board

I am using the on screen key board to send this. The prolem is I have2 keys that don't seem to work
whe pressed. They are the letter N & letter B. Any ideas on what could be wrong. I have even tried
changeing key boards with same problem. Thanks for what ever help I can get

What kind of keyboards? wireless, usb, ps2
Have you tried Microsoft Windows XP's input device trouble shooter.
Check event viewer system log.
Try rolling driver back in device manager.
Have you tried it in safe mode?

Why not try a PS/2 compatible keyboard if you haven't already?
