First post on this forum after reading hours and hours of other users problems, can't seem to find solution for this:

1) Upon reboot of PC (Windows XP) I get a blue screen to check disk (Local Disk D:)
2) Folder named HelpAssistant appeared in documents and setting, duplicating all user account files
3) Unable to open Local Disk (D:) drive, given error "directory is corrupted and unreadable"

please help!
