Hi Rebecca, and Welcome to Bleeping Computer

Yes there are methods available to accomplish such.

In the business world it's referred to as "Unified Messaging" and usually requires
commercial software like "CallXpress® " or similar. (Read - expensive software)

But there are a couple of smaller software programs available at about $25 USD.
(I know of no freeware/shareware programs of the type.)

Both of these programs require a phone line connection from the PC to be
able to call the voice mail of the cell phone.

I've not used either of these programs so I cannot recommend them.

"CleverCell Phone Manager" has a 30 day trial version available.

"Cell Phone Record and Spy Phone " also has a free trial version.

Regards,
Koan
