recovery problem (can not install windows)

I am trying to recover my computer as it was not booting up into normal and safe mode. i managed to do the first step in complete recovery but in second step when computer restarts to install windows, after message ( please wait while windows is starting for first time), a blue screen come up saying that a file for my display driver (nividia driver) is corrupted or missing. how can i install windows? how can i stop this driver that is causing this problem. how can i uninstall it using command prompt in recovery mode? or any other suggestions?

Is the Nividia a PCI card or on board, if it's pci try removing it.
