I have this Sony Vaio PCG K315S, i went on to there website to follow the instructions on how to restore to factory condition. However there is no recovery section on my laptop.
I can't add/remove programs, when boots up it comes up with live installer, won't connect to the internet so just want to put a fresh copy of windows xp back on.
I have also tried to change the boot sequence in the bios to boot up from cd & it doesn't!!(optical drive at the top of the list)
So need help urgently.
Any suggestions on this please is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance
