Welcome, M.Manbevers. :thumbsup:

After reviewing your log I see a few items that require our attention. Please print out the instructions here (or save it in Notepad) so that you can follow along more easily.

1. Please download/install/configure/update with Spybot Search & Destroy and AdAware.

Follow all the instructions in the following tutorials(Hold off on doing the full scans. We will do these in safe mode.):

Using Ad-aware to remove Spyware, Malware, & Hijackers from Your Computer
Using Spybot - Search & Destroy to remove Spyware , Malware, and Hijackers

2. Please UNINSTALL the following programs through the ADD/REMOVE feature of your Control Panel:

WinTools
Toolbar
Search Toolbar
AdwareAlert <==== Note: This is optional(although I would remove it). According to the widely respected Spyware Warrior list of rogue anti-spyware products, AdwareAlert uses false positives in order to goad unsuspecting users into purchasing it, and does not have a privacy policy. Little information about the company behind AdwareAlert is available. See the SpywareWarrior_List of Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites

3. Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {29E606F5-9C1D-C1E2-61A0-B52E307B959B} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\CGL.DLL
O2 - BHO: BHOmodObj Class - {7F6828CA-9E42-462C-BC60-418C8144012C} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BHOMOD.DLL
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {87766247-311C-43B4-8499-3D5FEC94A183} - C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\WINTOOLS\WTOOLSB.DLL (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {8952A998-1E7E-4716-B23D-3DBE03910972} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: &Search Toolbar - {339BB23F-A864-48C0-A59F-29EA915965EC} - C:\PROGRA~1\TOOLBAR\TOOLBAR.DLL

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AdwareAlert] C:\PROGRAM FILES\ADWAREALERT\ADWAREALERT.Exe -boot <====If you removed it from the add/remove feature in control panel

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TBPS] C:\PROGRA~1\TOOLBAR\TBPS.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinTools] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\WINTOOLS\WTOOLSA.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [WinTools] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\WINTOOLS\WTOOLSA.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServicesOnce: [TBPS] C:\PROGRA~1\TOOLBAR\TBPS.exe /boot
O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O16 - DPF: {9EB320CE-BE1D-4304-A081-4B4665414BEF} - ms-its:mhtml:file://c:\nosuxxx.mht!http://kazaalite.pl/stats/script/mt.chm::/MediaTicketsInstaller.cab
O18 - Protocol: tpro - {FF76A5DA-6158-4439-99FF-EDC1B3FE100C} - C:\PROGRA~1\TOOLBAR\TOOLBAR.DLL

Now close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.

4.Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\CGL.DLL
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BHOMOD.DLL
C:\PROGRAM FILES\Common Files\WINTOOLS\ <===entire directory
C:\PROGRAM FILES\TOOLBAR\ <===entire directory

C:\PROGRAM FILES\ADWAREALERT\ <=====entire directory.If you removed it from the add/remove feature in control panel

C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

5. Perform a full system scan in Ad-aware and Spybot.

Restart your computer.

6. Please run these two online scans. Make sure they are set to clean automatically:

TrendMicro's HouseCall
ActiveScan <===save the scan log and add it to you reply.

You should try to delete any files that these scanners are unable to clean. Then let us know if its working better and what the scans found.

7. You need an AntiVirus Program or you will continue to get infected! Please pick between - AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition or Anti-Vir. An anti-virus program is a must have with any computer.

Download/Install/update the selected Anti-virus program as required and run a full scan.

Restart you computer.

Please post another HiJackThis Log and a copy of the scan log from Panda.
