hey BNDAZ

That system file exists only if you have SnoopFree Privacy Shield installed.
Does that ring a bell?

I suggest you boot into Safe Mode, and uninstall the program from there, then reboot and see if that is fixed.

If you have any questions about any of the steps or wish further instructions, please do not hesitate to post.

yes it is installed, i wonder if an updated version will help.
I will uninstall it and see what happens.
Any reason WHAT and WHY it is happening?

To be honest I don't know what is happening or even why. The only information I got was people uninstalled it and then the computer stopped getting the error.

Although an update might help this problem.

See 8e on left at http://www.aumha.org/a/stop.htm.

Typically, driver issues cause the error.

All sorts of programs, XP, and hardware have drivers...so that knowledge is not particularly illuminating.

To examine further, find a .dmp message and then proceed along this path: Help Diagnosing BSODs And Crashes (BC) - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/176011/how-to-receive-help-diagnosing-blue-screens-and-windows-crashes/
