Hello, I wanted to know if anyone out there knows how to copywrite regular word documents so no one can alter/manipulate as their own. Also, if there is a place where I can get it for free? I am not talking about copyrighting where you register the writing just copywriting. I want to protect myself when sending out to firms/websites for content work. Thank you kindly.

Something like this? How to Protect a Word Document

However that is not by any means a guarantee someone won't scan it and recreate it or bypass the protection.

The Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life.
