I am having a problem With personal protector. I cannot get into msconfig or safemode cannot run antimalwarebytes. tried installing hijack this was unable to. Please any help would be appreciated.

I am Infected With a Personal Protector And Some Other Malware it has Disabled Me From Accessing My Task Manager,Safe Mode (Blue Screen),Regedit, Antimalwarebytes, Avg. I can Scan With SuperantiSpyware And it finds 9 Instances and Alot of Other Infections I Delete Them But they All Come Back. Do I have To format my Drive Or is There Something I can do?
