A friend of mine has found that her antivirus software has detected a virus and prompted for action. She has responded to remobe the file named 'msnethlp32.exe'. Since then she notice that she encounter problem when trying to open any of her MS Office program. Message will indicate that the file 'msnethlp32.exe' is not found (or missing, I am not sure of the exact wording of the message.)
However, if she were to double click on the file name with .doc or .xls, then the MS Word or Excel would be able to open up the file without problem.

Could anyone help to advise what steps I could help her to cleanup?

Thank you.
