Hi to All...
I want to purchase computer . I am not aware what type of system is required
for nowadays? which is the best one to purchase.whether laptop or desktop PC.
What is cost for getting these. i need the latest system,LCD,which is the
best company to get or to assemble?

There is no such thing as a "best" computer...since any computer can have its components, programs, etc. modified to fit the whim/interests of the user.

A "best computer" for me...is unlikely to match a "best computer" as chosen by someone impressed with speed, new hardware, or gaming.

And, IMO, there is a world of difference and frustration between owning a laptop and owning a desktop.
