This post is linked to another post: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/278155/your-system-is-infected/

I am unable to start up my computer. I get a blue screw with the following message: STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78A6524,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)

What do I need to do?
