I would like to print the some of my "Search Results" logs. Is there a means to do this with just XP or must I use some program downloaded from the internet like "SysExporter" found here
If it is the later, could you tell me what products or downloads are good, legit and hopefully free.

You can use the command prompt to do it, but I'm not sure if there's a way of doing it directly through windows (apart from using the Print Screen button).

To do this:
  • Click Start
  • Click Run
  • Type cmd and press enter
  • Navigate through to the folder you want to search
  • Type the following:
    dir *.exe /s > C:\Results.txt
This will search for all exe files in the current folder and subfolders and then output the list to a results.txt located in your C drive.

If I am helping you and do not respond to your thread for 48 hours, please send me a PM
