Hello, I have been having trouble with search results being redirected as well as pop-ups. When I do a search using Yahoo! and then click on one of the results, I get redirected to some random sites. I also get fairly frequent and random pop-ups for a survey, a "news" article for Google, and some others I can't think of at the moment. I have tried running AVG, Ad-Aware & Spybot. I am currently trying Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware at the suggestion of a friend. And of course I've tried HijackThis. Here is the log from that:

Hi,

Sorry for delayed response. Forums have been really busy. If you still need help with this do following, please.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt
  • Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

Download GMER here by clicking download exe -button and then saving it your desktop:
  • Double-click .exe that you downloaded
  • Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
  • Don't check
    Show All
    box while scanning in progress!
  • When scanning is ready, click Copy.
  • This copies log to clipboard
  • Post log in your reply.

And sorry for MY delay, but the issue is now moot anyway. I had a more severe problem occur, and was forced to do a complete system restore. So the problem that I had before has been wiped out and all is back to normal. Thank you for your help though.
