Search redirects, computer acting weird

I am being redirected when using search engines. Also computer runs reallly slow. Ran combofix (found a rootkit and had to reboot) and hijack this as instructed elsewhere. I have the logs but FAQ says not to post them unless asked.

Will someone ask, and take a look for me please?

Hello, go here HijackThis Logs and Virus/Trojan/Spyware/Malware Removal ,click New Topic,give it a relevant Title and post that complete log.

Let me know if it went OK.
