I recently got this Antivirus Live thing which has completely ruined my computer. I just got my computer back from having it fixed last week and now i have got this somehow, so i want to try get rid of it on my own without sending it away twice in a fortnight.

I have followed all the steps from this http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-remo...-antivirus-live and it still wont work. I tried it several times doing exactly what it says to do but when i get up to the part of running Malwarebytes to remove the virus it still will not let me open the program.

Does anyone know what i can do to fix this???

Cheers

Are you able to get in to safemode with networking? If so I would say update and run MBAM and remove what it finds. Next install, update and run SUPERAntiSpyware and remove what it finds. Finally I would update and run your antivirus program as well and then remove what it finds. Reboot the computer, log in via the normal Windows mode and then run all scans again, removing what they find.
