My computeris sick and needs some help. Last Saturday, I realized that my computer had some unwanted intruders.
It currently runs XP with Service Pack 3 installed.

It had the Personal Security Virus. I was able to run malwarebytes and 4 viruses/worms were detected and eliminated. However, when I reboted after deleting the viruses, the folowing popped up:

"This shutdown initiated by NT Authority\System.
Below that, it reads: "Windows must now restart because the DCOM Server Process Launcher Service terminated unexpectedly."

The computer ran slow. I was able to stop the shutdowns by using "shutdown -a". I downloaded SuperAntiSpyware, but it wouldn't run even if I tried to rename the file. I ran a program named SDFix and it detected no Trojans.

I reran Malawarebyres and found two new virus : Some Adware and essledv.exe, I attempted to remove them and the computer froze.
Upon reboot, I found that essledv.exe had been quarantined. I deleted it and reran malawarebytes. It found Adware and removed it.

However, the shutdown operation still occurs. However, now it reads:

"This shutdown initiated by NT Authority\System.
Below that, it reads: "Windows must now restart because C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe terminated unexpectedly."

If I let it it will shut down once and reboot. The shutdown message won't always occur. It won't keep occuring everytime, just once in a while.

Obvioulsy, I have a rootkit problem. My startup menu has two very questionable files that I cannot seem to eliminate:

siszyd32.exe located in the Start menu, and
oyoyajasuqeb which is somehow related to rundll32.exe

I also seem to have google search virus problems. About 1 out of ten times I get redirected Other than the computer runing slow these issues are the extent of the problems right now.

Thanks for the help. Attach are ark have been attached. Here is the DDS log:
