I have an Emachines T2385,and I would like to upgrade to the fastest CPU and GPU possible.Can someone please advise?

Tell us what's in it already.....like a celeron processor or an AGP grapics card or no graphics card......stuff like that.....

845GL has no AGP support, so any real video card improvement is out. Let's not bring PCI cards into this.

As far as CPUs, the fastest CPU I can find support for is a P4 Northwood 2.6 RK80532PC064512.

You really don't need to put any more money into your current setup. Time to save for a new rig.
