Can an HP Dv4t play Fallout3 in medium-high settings smoothly/ok?

Core 2 Duo T6600 (2.2GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB)
4 GB DDR3
320 GB SATA 7,200 RPM HDD
512MB NVIDIA GeForce G 105M
Windows 7 64 bit

No. F3 is quite demanding on graphics, I'd be surprised if it worked at all with that GPU.
