I have an Inspiron 1520 Running Windows 7 Ultimate. Seemingly randomly, my computer will make an odd noise and go to a blue screen, while doing a memory dump, while IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL seems to be the main error on the screen. I've tried to fix this a little myself, and I do have a Logitech mouse, but it works great and has the latest drivers and everything. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Try bluescreenview to analyze the dump file. It may list the offending driver causing the problem.
In my experience, if it is dumping out on the kernel then it is usually a hardware problem such as bad RAM.
