computer fully infected

this computer i am trying to fix is more than infected i am about to just back everything up and format. My Malawarebytes won't even load and the back ground on my desktop was unchangeable until i ran combo fix, but now i get a message when i restart the computer that the logon.exe is missing. I ran hijack here is the log.
