I did a clean install recently and for some reason I end up with my regular user name in this folder and another that I had to create. I want to delete the other user but when I go to do this it says it is a windows system folder and it will not let me delete it.

Any suggestions appreciated

It is probably the system folder for Administrator that you may have changed the name when you first got the computer.

If that's the case, you do not want to remove it.
