Can't see images

I have W98SE when i open the folder my pictures, all i see are files with numbers at the bottom of what was the pictures.? :thumbsup:

See if this works.
1. Go to My Pictures.
2. Click on "Views" at the top line.
3. When the drop down appears, click on "thumbnails."

Also, right click on any file in the My Picture folder.
1.Click on "properties" when the drop down menu appears.
2. Under the "general" tab, see if "image preview" is named for "open with."

If you still have problems, please reply. Be sure to let us know the application that is showing in step 2 right above.
