Task Manager

I have been directed by Tech Support of one of my programs to go to Task Manager, and to make some changes.. However, (this is really embarrassing! :thumbsup: ), I don't know where the heck Task Manager is, or how to access it. I am new to computers and feel really stupid. Help!

The task manager i know of is the one if you press ctr-alt-del together and the window that comes up is that one

Go To:

Start>Run>(type) taskmgr

Or right click on taskbar and select task manager.
