Please help. I seem to have been infected by spyware. My hompepage is black with a big red Warning!

Also, when I click on Contol Panel or my Documents it seems to be installing Adobe.

It also left a Ghostbuster icon that reads Remove Spyware and an Online Dating icon, both on my desktop.

How do I get rid of it?
