Internet explorer hijacked? [Moved]

I have updated malwarebytes and ran it and also ran a full virus scan with updated avg and both found nothing.
Internet explorer keeps popping up a box that says: Cannnot Find "http://zxiEe...make sure path or internet address is correct. Then opens a new explorer window. Please assist

I have it fixed. I downloaded and ran combofix and that seems to have solved it. You can close this thread.
