Hello onionizer and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I only see 1 item that needs fixing so let's take care of that.

Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:O16 - DPF: {15AD6789-CDB4-47E1-A9DA-992EE8E6BAD6} - http://static.windupdates.com/cab/Download.../bridge-c11.cab
Now close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.

Ok, reboot normally and you are good to go.
