Hi Kat,

I am new to this forum. I decided to immediately register, as I need access to a forum which is not directly connected to a product. It gets a bit embarrassing to contact the forums of Lavasoft, SpyBot Search & Destroy, or to contact the support people from Trend Micro, when I am not sure why a problem is happening.

I shall post my question in the appropriate part of this forum.
