I posted about 3 days ago, I believe under rbn6691, that email has been hacked and I can no longer access it. I believe I have been hacked or perhaps had a serious spyware software put on my machine through YouTube. My computer crashed a number of months ago and I paid a "trained" technician to work on my computer, he did not mention he knew nothing about Vista and had nothing to work with it, he actually downloaded and put on a p2p copy of Vista on my machine - it was full of trojans and viruses. I just recently paid another "trained" technician to PLEASE WIPE my hard drive and reload it - he obviously just reformatted it - old chckdsks are still in the bios and I lost 18 GB of my hard drive - he claimed that was not unusual???!!!??? I was hacked from YouTube, when I got my computer back I went to my YouTube account and would be kicked off, signed out, cd door opens, firefox tries to redirect when I access my google email, have had really bad fake google pages and really good fake google pages, zonealarm shut down, not able to restart zonealarm, IE sometimes runs simultaneously - don't know how often this my be an update, or maybe this is always just an update??? Now I can not install Windows updates, all kinds of weird things. I don't know if this issue is hidden in that 18 GB's I lost or what???? Malwarebytes finds nothing and have run some of the other things recommended on here - virus scans, malware scans - nothing found, although a squared found I think 4 tvunetworks and removed them, after that zonealarm started loading up at startup again like it should, but since then my email was hacked and have gotten fake google and firefox trying to redirect, also sometimes firefox will stop working and then will not close at all, not even with taskmanager and computer will not shut down. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here are the logs and thanks in advance for any and all help.

Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer

We apologize for the delay in responding to your request for help. Here at Bleeping Computer we get overwhelmed at times, and we are trying our best to keep up. Please note that your topic was not intentionally overlooked. Our mission is to help everyone in need, but sometimes it takes just a little longer to get to every request for help. No one is ignored here.

If you have since resolved the original problem you were having, we would appreciate you letting us know. If not please perform the following steps below so we can have a look at the current condition of your machine.

If you have not done so, include a clear description of the problems you're having, along with any steps you may have performed so far.

Upon completing the steps below another staff member will review and take the steps necessary with you to get your machine back in working order clean and free of malware.

If you have already posted a DDS log, please do so again, as your situation may have changed.
Use the 'Add Reply' and add the new log to this thread.

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:
  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.

Information on A/V control HERE
regards,
schrauber
