I am working on a computer which presented with no desktop. Computer also will not boot to safe mode. I was able to retrieve the desktop and run malwarebytes. It removed several infections, but cannot remove the registry entries for calc.dll and ntuser.dll. I read several of the posting here and they all wanted combofix run. I have done this and have a log. Please let me know how to proceed.
