I found this forum while researching on Google. I have been using computers since the beginning of the "home PC era". My first machine was based on a 6502 processor and manufactured by "Ohio Scientific". Being dissatisfied with the way it worked and the limited hardware and software available I graduated to Kluge the hardware from an audio tape recorder for program I/O to a surplus 8" dual floppy drive and custom written software to communicate with the rest of the world... Many years and many innovations have passed since that humble beginning...

I have worked in the communications industry for many years and am now retired.

I now putter around with various PCs, operating systems and hardware when I am not on the road with my Goldwing Motorcycle of in my RV...
