My computer was infected with "privacy centre" and I saw the solution here to remove those malware. However, the instruction claims that I need to download the "malwarebytes' anti-malware" to fix the problem. I even can't run into window interface and the computer appears only "privacy centre" and blank on the background. Therefore, I can't download anything. What I can do now? Many thx...

You cannot start Windows normally. Is this correct?
Can you start Windows in Safe Mode? ... or any of the other options provided?

If you cannot load the Windows operating system at all, try the technique suggested at the following link ...
