Internet explorer problem

ths application has requested that runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
please ccontact the application supportteam for more information.

Tools/Manage Addons/Enable or Disable Addons
Disable your add-ons and if the problem persists I would check for malware

where do you find the menu Tools/Manage Addons/Enable or Disable Addons?
if you mean on internet explorer, I can't open that.

if you mean on internet explorer, I can't open that.

On the top of IE page next to the blue question mark. (you can't open tools?)

Try to access through start > all programs > accessories > system tools > internet explorer (no add-ons)
