This seems to happen about every 3 hours. Brand new HP computer with Vista using IE8. I have a wireless connection (secured) and about every three hours the internet connection just stops. Example, I have Pandora playing all day when I am working and the music just stops. Weather I try to refresh or if I try to open another window it states "Website found: Waiting for reply" and a percentage bar only goes about halfway up. Then when I run the diagnostic it says that there is a problem that cant be fixed by windows. Everytime this happens I restart the computer and it will run fine again for another 3 hours. All the other programs on the computer will run fine. It's only the internet. Anyone have a clue what might resolve this?
mmmm,,, i wonder why its 3 hours every time,,,, seems like something set when its always the same time,,,open IE take a look in tools internet options> connections and make sure the LAN is being used to connect to internet,,,
if its not this then go for FireFox,,,,
