This seems to happen about every 3 hours. Brand new HP computer with Vista using IE8. I have a wireless connection (secured) and about every three hours the internet connection just stops. Example, I have Pandora playing all day when I am working and the music just stops. Weather I try to refresh or if I try to open another window it states "Website found: Waiting for reply" and a percentage bar only goes about halfway up. Then when I run the diagnostic it says that there is a problem that cant be fixed by windows. Everytime this happens I restart the computer and it will run fine again for another 3 hours. All the other programs on the computer will run fine. It's only the internet. Anyone have a clue what might resolve this?

Easy enough, don't use IE at all.
I prefer either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, much faster and dependable than IE period.

The sad part is that is probably the exact problem. It's sad how hard windows has too try too get people too download IE

Personally Id say Chrome I find it quicker and snappier than Firefox but FF has all the nice plugins.
If I am helping you and I do not respond within 24 hours, please send me a PM. :)
