Computer Running Very Slow / CPU 60%-100% / IE8-Firefox take too long to open

Hello All,

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and provide me with help
My computer has been running very slow and is using 60%-100% usage.
IE 8 takes over 20 seconds to fully load home page to bleeping computer.com and takes 100% CPU usage same for Firefox
I ran malwarebytes and no infections were found under quick scan and full scan.

Dell system/AMD 64 X2 Duak core processor 5000+ 2.60GHz
4.00 GB RAM
1TB HD / Seagate
Windows 7 32Bit
Nvidia 8800 GS video card

Kaspersky Internet Secuirty 2010 found no infections, but detected an attempt by IE to open
"virus HEUR Trojan.script.Iframer http://search.actiongameinfo.com/g9cY7jjym...UTRm4IDs44.html

Please help me since no infections are detected. Thank you
