Combo Fix Log File

I have Windows XP and each time I log on I get constant pop ups ... my assumption is that this is spyware. An associate from the Geek Squad at Best Buy suggested I log on to this site and run the bleepingcomputer program ... from this web site I am now at a step that instructs me to ..."You should now post this log as a reply to the topic where you were asked to run combofix (but I was never asked to run combofix ... I just need to know where to go to receive help analyzing my comboFix log.
