My comp recently became infected with AntiVirus System Pro while browsing the internet and its proving really difficult to remove.
Symptoms: Telling me that EVERYTHING I try to open is infected. Stops internet from working. Randomly loads Porno.com.
After rkill failing after 5 minutes of instant clicking, I gave up and terminated the process by beating the program to the punch via opening Task Manager upon startup. Upon terminating the program, I ran malwarebytes, however, it caught nothing. The program is still on my comp and even after getting rid of it via task manager, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer are not working. Can anyone help me get rid of this abnoxious program or give me advice on what to do because I am getting incredibly frusterated. Thanks!
PS: I ran both the quick scan and the full scan in malwarebytes. My system is running Windows Vista
