I need to add Xp sp2 *.adm files to my w2k Ad server to be able to manage the new XP machines that we will be getting in September. I have read most of the information out there. but I have one question. When I add the new *.adm files to a GPO, will the settings in that GPO be kept? Hopefully that is true. I would hate to think that after adding the new templates I would have to reconfigure all existing settings to what they were before the addition of the new *.adm files.
I also know about the hotfix for w2k AD to be able to read the new XP SP2 files. I think it has to do with the LISTADDITIVE?
