I have followed the instructions described on many of the other posts about removing the Antivirus System Pro malware. I have having the same difficulties with rKill, and the other approaches to eliminating this.

I am getting applicatoin errors on every process that is trying to be run / accessed. I can seem to get MBAM to run if i get in to it immediately upon login, however, i did an entire system scan and nothing was found (the application errors started popping up constantly during the scan process).

Help!!!!

Are you able to get in to safemode? If so, try running MBAm from there and then if possible, follow up with SUPERAntiSpyware. It's limited in its effectiveness in safemode but it may be able to help clear out some of the crap that's running on the computer long enough for you do do more in regular Windows mode.
