my sons computer is infected, and cannot connect to internet(wireless), and cannot basically run anything including malwarebytes. my computer in another room is connected(wired). CAN i download rkill, copy to disc(need info on how to do this). then install rkill on my sons computer. then run mb. on my sons computer. he has xp installed.

Yes, copy rkill from the clean to the infected. You will prob have to run rkill a few times. Are you able to get into task manager to tell me what processes are running? Is it a process that contains sysguard.exe in the name?

do i just copy it to a cd by using copy command. i dis not see that in the task, but it wont let me delte entries

Copy download and save it on a cd, usb flash, etc and then copy it to your infected computer and run it from there.

There is a good chance rkill wont affect this variant of the program. I will be looking for this variant to test it and see what I can do. Please be patient while I look for the site that installs this. If you happen to know where you may have become infected with this, please private message me the location so I can infect myself.

THANKS for ALL who helped. i was able to use task man. to stop process and open malwarebytes to remove it. i have no idea where infection came from because my son did it. i did not have to use k...

1. Log out and reboot your machine.

Thanks braddock, but your method will not work. There is more at play here than simply startups that can be disable via safe mode.

I only wish malware removal was simple as you described.
